Cioppino for the Spring

Springtime gives us so much to look forward to.  The promise of warmer days makes us joyful.  Crisp mornings and breezy evenings also remind us of a few chilly days with which we must still contend before summer is fully upon us.  Therefore, it is not only appropriate but absolutely necessary to have a bowl of soup for at least one weekly meal. Cioppino is the perfect springtime stew.  The savory blend of seafood and tomatoes herald the coming of summer.  Finish it off with a little baguette and butter for a special treat. Click the picture for the full recipe.
